How To Incorporate Into Your Self-Care Routine

Face (targeted use):

Warm 1–2 drops between fingertips and press onto very dry areas, or use as part of the oil-cleansing method (mix 1 part castor with 3–4 parts a lighter oil like baobab or moringa; massage, then steam off with a warm cloth).

Hair & Scalp:

As a pre-wash: apply a few drops to scalp and through mid-lengths/ends, leave 20–30 minutes (or overnight), then shampoo. For fine hair, blend 1:1 with a lighter oil to reduce weight.

As a finishing seal: smooth a tiny amount over damp ends to lock in moisture.

Brows & Lashes:

With a clean spoolie, sweep a tiny amount through brows and onto lash tips at night. Avoid direct contact with eyes; rinse if irritation occurs.

Cuticles & Rough Spots:

Massage 1–2 drops into nails, cuticles, elbows, or heels for deep softness.
